Who are we?

Based in Great Malvern, Worcestershire, Malvern Tennis Academy is a tennis coaching organisation that offers group and individual tennis coaching to children of all ages and abilities attending schools and clubs in the area.    . It was formed by Jane Poynder and Chris Skinner whom together have a wealth of experience in tennis competition and coaching at all levels.

How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you contact us about our courses or when you apply to attend a coaching course or enter a tournament.

What type of information is collected from you?

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address,    date of birth and any health issues which we should be aware of when you attend one of our courses or tournaments.

No financial information is held by us other than noting that the fee has been paid and card information is not held by us, it is collected by PayPal, our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. How is your information used?

We may use your information to:

• Be able to take a weekly register of attendance on our courses

• Have your contact details so that coaches working with us in Malvern Tennis Academy are able to make contact with parents if needed during courses or tournaments.

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis and if you have told us you have moved out of the area or your children are no longer playing tennis then we will remove your contact details from our mailing list on written request.

Who has access to your information?

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

If lessons are taken at one of our linked tennis clubs we may share your details with the Data Protection Officer of that club so that they are able to contact you about club activities.
